Date and hour
The beginning time and the ending time of the event. If the ending hour is earlier than the beginning hour, the ending hour will be placed to the next day.

The base rate includes a block of 5 hours of rental period. Each additional hour after the 5 hour block will be billed.
You may access the loft one hour prior to your event for the preparation. If you need more time to set up, please include the extra hours when you reserve your loft.
All the guests must exit the loft at the end of your reserved hours. All events must end by 3am.
Number of guests
The maximum capacity for loft Gallerie 9 Est is 350 guests (150 banquet style event) and 200 people (80 banquet style event) for loft Espaces des Arts.
We require the hiring of certified security agents. The minimum number is 1 agent per 50 people at the rate of $25/hour/agent.
MyPrivateLoft holds a permanent alcohol permit. By law you cannot bring your own alcohol. Here are your bar options:
Option 1: MyPrivateLoft can provide a cash bar service with a minimum bar gurantee. The minimum guarantee is calculated based on number of guests of your event.
Option 2: You may operate the bar yourself. You are required to send us your order for all alcohol which will be ordered through our SAQ account. A 30% service charge will be charged based on SAQ bar and restaurant prices. Your order will be delivered prior to your event. You may use your own staff and offer your own bar service. Your will keep all bar revenue.
We are quite flexible with the bar arrangement. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have other suggetions. We strive to satisfy all your event needs.
